Our complaints handling process

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days. We will then conduct a thorough investigation and aim to provide a full response within 28 business days. If the investigation takes longer, we will keep you informed of the progress.

Our investigation will be fair, impartial, and based on the information provided. We will aim to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to escalate the complaint to [[Relevant Governing Body/Ombudsman, if applicable]].
